Anyone ever done a Candida Cleanse?
If so what are some good books? Any suggestions besides the obvious of staying away from high carb foods like sugar etc.? Any product reccomendations besides Threelac?
I have treated Candidiasis along with gangrene 100% successfully and i declare myself on top of the world to declare the best to treat candidiasis & gangrene in just 12 days.
Is any scientist or doctor exceed my limits, you are welcome.
Leave yeast, sugar and fine flour (Maida), take Yakult, probiotic curd every day.
Have meals thrice a day, never miss meal. Do not eat even a biscuit after you take three meals for 4 hours. 4 hrs. gap after every meal. Let the meal digest completely (it takes 4 hrs. to digest a meal you have taken).
Haldi, Daru Haldi, Amla juice, Aloe vera juice etc. will help you to reduce candida bacteria.
